We call this press pelletizer as it is able to press many types of materials and waste into pellets.
Matsubo Corporation and Oguma Iron Works have trusted SEIC to make the leap to the continent and, in this way, we have a pilot unit in Barcelona.
With this pelletizer in our facilities we can do industrial tests in order to give real guarantees to customers of all the characteristics, ratios and performances they will get with the pelletizer of the right size.
The press is able to reduce by more than two thirds the volume of waste and materials with which it is fed and obtains by mechanical means final moisture ratios of less than 10% due to its reliable and durable system.
Reducing the volume of waste plastic or sludge from the sewage plant by more than two thirds and being able to dry them without steam, nor recirculating gases to rates below 10% humidity. This is possible with the Oguma pelletizer.
